SB200 Physical Activity in Schools Law
- This law states that schools must establish guidelines for providing 54 minutes of physical activity. However, wording needs to be changed to “schools must provide 54 minutes of physical activity”. Though ASD may legally meet the law by having a policy in place, they are not legally required to enforce those policies.
